Lorraine and Gosia made the process of applying for a mortgage so simple for us. Their can-do attitude and willingness to engage positively and quickly to any questions/requests was second to none, guiding us seamlessly through the process. They gave sound and confident advice on which mortgage provider to go with based on our specific set of circumstances saving us time and stress. As a result we knew what the requirements for our chosen provider were from the outset which made getting the documents/information together for the application easy for us. This felt like a short cut through the plethora of mortgage options, providing us with targeted products to choose from. Our perfect home came to market and we needed to rush through the mortgage application and get approval to secure it asap and this was done with apparent ease and as speedily as possible by Jigsaw. They also were able to provide updates on the application progress which was key for us – and we felt would not have had access to updates as readily had we applied for the mortgage directly.
