I was referred to Lorraine and Gosia through a friend who used their service. Straight from the word go, Lorraine and Gosia were beyond helpful and made a daunting process so much easier. Doing this on my own I felt overwhelmed and anxious but Lorraine and Gosia helped alleviate these feelings. After sending on the necessary documents, I received a phone call and everything was explained in laymans term. No question was too stupid or seen as unimportant. When finally going sale agreed, I could email them at any time to discuss the process, ask a question, look for guidance and they were always an email or phone call away. Nothing seemed too big a task or a stupid request. They were beyond approachable, knowledgable and kept me at ease throughout. I have been through the mortgage application process twice and both times, the support and guidance never faultered. Thankfully on my second attempt I am now living in my home and am beypond grateful to Lorraine and Gosia as I don’t think this would have been possible without them.
