Gosia works alongside Lorraine, continuously supporting clients with a primary focus of building the client relationship with Jigsaw. After working for brands such as LinkedIn and Indeed, Gosia’s expertise is in client value. With a background in compliance lies in her attention to detail, customer relations management and problem solving skills which are valuable assets in her role at Jigsaw. Gosia is a qualified as an Accredited Product Adviser (APA) Life Assurance & Loans. She also holds a BA in social communication and journalism from the DSWE College in Poland.
Gosia acts as the Operational Manager and a Protection & Mortgage Advisor at Jigsaw. She enjoys guiding clients through personal and business protection policies, as well as mortgages, always aiming to give the best possible service and to ensure a smooth experience. With her background at well-known global companies such as LinkedIn and Indeed, Gosia brings a warm, customer-focused approach, strong problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for detail. She holds a BA in Social Communication and Journalism from DSWE College in Poland and is a fully qualified Accredited Product Adviser (APA) in Life Assurance & Loans.
Lorraine’s focus is on the needs of the individual by researching and reviewing the products and services of the providers, with whom we hold an agency agreement, to identify the right products to fit those needs. Lorraine is a Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA), a Specialist Investment Advisor (SIA), a Qualified Retirement Planning Advisor (RPA), Pension Trustee Practitioner (PTP), a Fellow of the Life Insurance Association (LIA), holder of the LIA’s Mortgage & General Insurance Diploma and a Tax Technician (TMITI) with the Irish Tax Institute which is Ireland’s only professional tax compliance qualification. Lorraine has over 20 years experience in this industry.
